Dynalife 220
MULTIPURPOSE, EXTREME PRESSURE LITHIUM GREASE
Phillips 66® Dynalife 220 is a multipurpose, extreme pressure (EP) lithium grease developed for use in a wide variety of industrial and automotive applications. It is a versatile, general purpose grease for use in applications where operating temperatures and loads are moderate.
Dynalife 220 is manufactured with high-quality base oils and a lithium 12-hydroxystearate soap thickener. It is fortified with EP and antiwear additives plus rust and oxidation inhibitors. It has good load carrying capacity to protect against wear and good oxidation resistance for long service life. It protects metal parts against rust and corrosion and is resistant to water washout. It has good resistance to shearing and will not soften excessively during high-speed operation in rolling element bearings maintaining a good seal to minimize bearing contamination.
Dynalife 220 is available in multiple grades for use in a wide variety of applications. It is an excellent grease for use in centralized lube systems. The semi-fluid grades may be used in enclosed industrial gearboxes where oil leakage is a problem.

HIGH PERFORMANCE LITHIUM GREASE
Phillips 66® Dynalife CG is a high performance, polymer containing, extreme pressure (EP), lithium grease developed for use in grease lubricated flexible couplings, such as those commonly found in mining equipment, power plants, manufacturing plants and chemical plants. It has exceptional resistance to oil separation when subjected to the high centrifugal forces typically encountered with medium and high speed gear, metallic grid and chain couplings.

ADHESIVE, MULTIPURPOSE, EXTREME PRESSURE LITHIUM GREASE
Phillips 66® Dynalife XD1 is an adhesive, multipurpose, extreme pressure (EP) lithium grease developed for use in a wide variety of automotive and industrial applications. It contains additional tackiness additives for improved retention, reduced leakage and enhanced resistance to water washout.
Dynalife XD1 is manufactured with a high-quality base oil and a lithium 12-hydroxystearate soap thickener. It is fortified with EP and antiwear additives, 1% molybdenum disulfide (moly), rust and oxidation inhibitors, and select tackifiers. It has good oxidation resistance and a high load carrying capacity for excellent wear protection. It provides good adhesion and resistance to water washout offering improved retention, protecting metal parts against rust and corrosion. It has excellent resistance to shearing even under severe operating conditions maintaining a good seal to minimize bearing contamination.
